Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners’ day that could have been filled by another client/patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Clients/Patients who provide 12-24 hours notice, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the booked service.

Clients/Patients who provide less than 12 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of service. Late cancellation or no show fees will be charged automatically to the credit card on file.

All clients/patients are required to have a card on file to uphold our clinic cancellation policy.

What If You Are Not Feeling Well?

If you are not feeling your best, and wondering if it's okay to attend your appointment, please consider the following:

1. Are you experiencing any of the following symptoms?

  • Fever or chills
  • Runny or stuffy nose
  • Sore throat
  • Cough
  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
  • Nausea or diarrhea
  • Loss or altered sense of taste or smell

2. When did your symptoms begin?
3. Are you feeling well enough to perform normal daily activities?

If you have respiratory virus symptoms and/or have tested positive for any respiratory illness (e.g. Covid-19, Influenza), you should not attend the clinic until your symptoms have improved and you feel well enough to resume normal activities.

In the event that you become ill less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, please call 403-679-7179 or email our front desk immediately to inform a team member of your circumstances.
