Step into One Wellness's Recovery Zone: Canmore's only full-circuit recovery facility, nestled inside the Solara Resort. Polar Plunges, Infrared Saunas, Aromatherapy Steam Room, Cedar Dry Sauna, Normatec Compression Therapy, Vibration Mobility Therapy, Recovery Lounge, and a full Fitness Centre — all in one welcoming space. Day passes start at $59. Some amenities (Infrared Saunas, Normatec Compression, Vibration Mobility Therapy) are reserved through Serenity after purchasing your day pass. Polar Plunges, Steam Room, Cedar Sauna, Recovery Lounge, and Fitness Centre are available walk-in. Bring your own towel and swimsuit — required in all public areas.
The Recovery Zone's amenity sequence follows the classic contrast therapy protocol: warm, cold, rest, repeat. Move from the Cedar Dry Sauna or Infrared Sauna into the Polar Plunge tubs, unwind in the Aromatherapy Steam Room, and recover with Normatec Compression in the Recovery Lounge.
