Guests 16 years or older staying at Solara Resort are welcome to use the Fitness Facility at One Wellness free of charge with proof of registration at the Resort. One Wellness is a private business, and not directly affiliated with Solara Resort. Use of the Fitness Centre does NOT include the amenities of the Recovery Zone, but you are welcome to purchase a day pass.

 

To gain access to the fitness facility, click the button at the bottom of the page, then:

  1. "Sign up"
  2. "Drop-in Day Pass"
  3. "Solara Resort Guest Fitness Facility Drop-in"
  4. Upon arrival, please check-in at our front desk BEFORE entering. All guests must be checked in prior to using the facility.
  5. Please bring a towel, CLEAN athletic shoes/attire, and a water bottle.

 

Fitness Centre Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

CLOSED Statutory Holidays

The fitness facility is NOT accessible outside operating hours listed above, regardless if the door is open for patients with service appointments.
