Chris aspires to work with each client on an individual basis, formulating a customized treatment plan that will address their condition, and help achieve their goals through the magic of Massage Therapy. He believes that managing pain, releasing tension, and decreasing scar tissue build up is important to returning the body to its optimal function, and sometimes deeper pressure is needed to achieve an effective stretch on muscle fibres. Chris is adept at working at a deeper tissue level while always staying within a client’s pain tolerance.
Growing up as an athlete and playing numerous sports, particularly soccer and football, Chris has had first-hand experience dealing with injuries, concussions, and the necessity of rehabilitation. Through working on his own injuries, and utilizing Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Massage Therapy, his recovery experience led him to a career in Massage Therapy. He has personally witnessed the effectiveness of massage, and how it benefits physical recovery and relieves the psychological stress of injury.
