Mackenzie is passionate about providing client-focused, highly individualized treatments. She understands the importance of the body-mind relationship, and aspires to create a safe, restful space to support healthy nervous system regulation. Mackenzie has an unhurried, soothing flow to her technique, with an intentional sense of touch. She believes in a balanced treatment approach using a combination of relaxation and therapeutic techniques to ease muscle tension, reduce myofascial restrictions, address injury, and alleviate pain. Mackenzie is adept at applying an appropriate depth of pressure, while responsively adjusting as the muscle tissue changes throughout treatment. Mackenzie is an excellent choice for clients with therapeutic treatment goals who want to feel relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of a massage.
Mackenzie has always been drawn to the healthcare field. She loves working one-on-one with clients, working with her hands, and having a career that offers a wonderful work-life balance. Mackenzie has always been fascinated by the human body and its remarkable resilience. She values what we can learn from the body when we listen to its subtle language, and work with it instead of against it.

What does Mackenzie do for fun?
Mackenzie has two big fluffy dogs that monopolize much of her down time, so be sure to say hello at the dog park! She is a big supporter of the arts, and forever seeking new live music, exhibits, and festivals to explore. You can find her unwinding by spending an afternoon on the water paddleboarding, in the forest cross-country skiing, dancing to records in her kitchen, painting, or relaxing in her hammock with a good book, sipping a craft beer or great coffee, or simply bird watching.
