Natasha strongly believes in an active approach to care and encourages her patients to be involved in their rehabilitation. She combines the use of manual therapy, education, dry needling & exercise to provide her patients with the necessary tools to reach their goals.
Since graduating in 2017, Natasha has worked as a Physiotherapist in the orthopedic sector and has taken numerous courses which have refined her hands-on skills and clinical reasoning. She has also taken more specific post-graduate courses related to running injuries and prevention, managing long COVID symptoms, treatment of TMJ-related pain, and dry needling.
Natasha is bilingual and offers services in both French and English.

What does Natasha do for fun?
Natasha grew up in Edmonton and spent much of her time hiking and camping in the mountains with her family over the years. It is her love of the outdoors which has brought her to the Bow Valley. Natasha really enjoys running and has completed multiple half marathons. During her free time, you can find her trail running, skiing and rock climbing!
