Do you do direct billing for insurance?
Yes, we provide direct billing to a wide variety of insurance companies on your behalf.
We are happy to provide direct billing services electronically on your behalf, which in most cases will be payable directly to One Wellness. Due to the complexity of insurance plans, we will only direct bill your primary insurance plan. You will be provided with a receipt if you wish to submit to a secondary plan.
In the event your claim is declined by the insurer/plan administrator, the direct billing portal is experiencing technical difficulties, or the payment will be payable directly to you, you are responsible for payment to One Wellness for any services and/or products provided on the day of service.
We have limited access to your insurance information, and are unable to investigate the result of direct billing claim submissions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your insurance provider directly.
