Please book a 60 minute Initial Assessment & Training Session if it is your first time with your chosen trainer. This gives the trainer an opportunity to get to know you and assess your needs so they can help you achieve your fitness goals! Your trainer will then help you decide what length of training sessions you should book moving forward.
