“If you give a hungry man a fish, you feed him for a day, but if you teach him how to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.” Lao Tsu
Lachlan relishes the opportunity to help people from all walks of life through their health journey. He provides great value in his treatment style through a holistic and client-centred approach. At his core, Lachlan is a glass half-full kind of guy, and his personable nature creates a safe and comfortable environment to be around. Whether you are striving to challenge yourself, going through a rehabilitation journey, wanting to get fitter/stronger or even move better, he will not only show you, but empower you through that journey.
With a diverse sporting background, Lachlan was always one to be involved in the rehab space with multiple injuries sustained over his younger years. As with most in this field, his desire to be involved in sport, and the connection around returning individuals from injury led him down this path initially. Over the years, Lachlan has realized that creating meaningful impact and change in assisting people navigate complex rehabilitation journeys and empowering them in the process is a big part of why he chose a career in Exercise Physiology. His alignment with exercise-based treatment makes being a Clinical Exercise Physiologist the perfect vehicle to be able to complete the fulfilling work he does.

What does Lachlan do for fun?
Leading an active lifestyle and his love for the outdoors is what allures Lachlan to adventuring hobbies in his spare time. Combining this with a huge appetite to explore and travel is where he has completed high altitude trekking in Nepal, surfed in Sri Lanka, and travelled across his home country Australia in a trusty home built four-wheel drive. Lachlan is stoked to be able call the Bow Valley home and make the most of this beautiful place!
