Sandy has always had a keen interest in prolonging the best quality of life for as long as possible and knew that being active and mindful was a very important part of that. She has always loved being active and started going to the gym regularly in high school where she developed an interested in how the body functions. In 2008, Sandy became a certified personal trainer and a group fitness instructor shortly after. She truly cares about helping people to become the best version of themselves and to be able to help them reach their highest potential. Sandy enjoys teaching and coaching others about the body and how to optimize function. She practices what she preaches by tirelessly working on her own health and wellness. Sandy offers a gentle, caring approach to delivering effective workouts and exercises.
