Work Safe BC
We may be able to submit to Work Safe BC on your behalf for physiotherapy services.
If you have been injured in the workplace in British Columbia, you may be eligible for physiotherapy treatment funded by Work Safe BC.
What to do if you are injured in the workplace:
1) Report a Workplace Injury
2) Book an appointment with any of our physiotherapists for a "Physiotherapy Initial Assessment" by clicking the "BOOK NOW" button in the top menu bar.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients accessing Work Safe BC direct-billed services who provide 12-24 hours notice, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of a regular physiotherapy appointment.
Patients accessing Work Safe BC direct-billed services who provide less than 12 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of a regular physiotherapy appointment.
Late cancellation or no show fees CANNOT be billed to Work Safe BC, and will be charged automatically to the card on file.
All clients/patients are required to have a card on file to uphold our clinic cancellation policy.
In the event your claim is declined by Work Safe BC, you are responsible for payment to One Wellness for any services and/or products provided.
