If you’re new to your chosen trainer, please schedule a 60-minute Initial Assessment. This allows your trainer to understand your unique needs, assess your current fitness level, and tailor a plan that works for you. After the assessment, your trainer will help you determine the best training session duration moving forward to ensure you stay on track and progress steadily.
